Privacy Policy
How we collect, store, and use data submitted through the AHPRA Experience Monitor.
1. What data is collected
The AHPRA Experience Monitor collects structured responses to the questions in each feedback pathway. No personally identifiable information (PII) is requested or stored. Specifically:
| Data type | Collected? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Name | No | Not requested at any point |
| AHPRA registration number | No | Not requested at any point |
| Email address | No | Not collected via the form |
| IP address | No | Not logged or stored |
| Structured survey responses | Yes | Stored anonymously with a generated case number |
| Free-text comments | Yes (optional) | Anonymised; guidance given to avoid identifying details |
| Case number | Yes | Cryptographically generated; not linked to identity |
2. Case numbers
Each notification experience submission is assigned an opaque case number in the format AEM-YYYY-xxxxxxxxxx. This number is generated using a cryptographic function and cannot be used to identify you or link submissions across different pathways. The case number is your only reference for providing subsequent updates — keep it safe.
3. How data is used
- Data is analysed in aggregate to identify patterns across the practitioner population
- Findings may be included in de-identified form in advocacy submissions, policy papers, or published reports
- Individual responses are never published or shared
- Data is not shared with AHPRA, any national board, or any government body without explicit consent
4. Data storage
All data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) database within Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Cloudflare's data residency and security practices apply. No third-party analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising networks are used on this site.
5. Contact
For questions about this privacy policy or the project more generally, contact the project team via the About page. Because submissions are anonymous, it is not possible to locate or delete an individual submission after it has been made.
